This campaign is very digital-heavy because my target audience is scattered around the world and in order to reach them (which is Gen-Z that spends at least 4 hours a day on their phone), the app has to be advertised on social media. Print advertising can not be used in several countries and depending on word of mouth (if print advertising is used in only one country) will be unreliable.
Marketing Retention Strategies:
- Collect email addresses for email marketing and updates.
- Seek feedback from users and make improvements to enhance trust.
- Send notifications to re-engage users who haven't used the app for a while.
